Nestled conveniently between the Superbowl and Valentines Day Annapolis Middle School is having a fundraiser to raise enough money to purchase portable sound and lighting equipment for our school.
Do you hate the sound of feedback during school performances? Wish you could see and hear your child during the school band performance? Well, now you can help.
We need three things from you as a parent or supporter of Annapolis Middle School:
Write on your calendar RIGHT NOW that the fundraiser is at Annapolis Smokehouse on Forest Drive on Sunday, February 9th from 4-8 PM.
Think of who you know that has a business, restaurant or item that we could use for the silent auction during the fundraiser.
Sports tickets
Gift cards or gift certificates for restaurants valued at $20 or more
Weekend Vacation Rental
Gift Baskets
Lessons, free lunch or other service they would be willing to let us auction off.
Bottle of cheer (Wine, Spirits)
Contact that person and see if they would be willing to donate. We are 501C3 certified so their donation is 100% tax deductible. You can collect it or have them contact us at Fundraising@AnnapolisMiddlePTSA.com. Deliver to the front office of the school for safe keeping.
If you would like to help but don't know any business owners personally, you can help us by calling local merchants. We have their names broken out by area (Upper west street, Southern Forest Drive, etc). We have a script you can read off and a donor letter you can send which details everything they need to know to help out cause.
