Parent Volunteers Needed to Lead Tours of Prospective Families
February 5, 7, 12 and 13
10:50 a.m. – 12:30 p.m
The International Baccalaureate Middle Years Programme at Annapolis Middle offers 70 spots each year to students from outside of our feeder area. This year, we have 171 eligible magnet applicants from 25 different elementary schools for next year’s sixth-grade class.
Before accepting seats, these students and their parents often want to visit AMS to see if the school is a good fit for them. For this reason, we offer student-led shadow days and parent-led tours each year. We would like to have current AMS parents volunteer to lead small groups of prospective parents on a tour of the school. You may choose to lead tours on one or more dates.
